Taheima - Fraud -

 
We are a young and responsible company with experience in wood and carpentry, 2 years ago we  worked for the company Whole in one Vallarta SA de CV now turned into the development located in the golf course El Tiger at the Riviera Nayarit to the north of Puerto Vallarta. 

Initially they paid on time and they were doing credit history with us, but we didn’t know it was a trap of Mr. Michel Gaucher and his son David Gaucher of Canadian nationality and owners of the hotel.
For a few months we continue giving them our services in compliance with deadlines and with promises of payment once delivered the condominium. That’s when they stopped paying us, but they still asked for more services. The facilities at Taheima have in large part wood finish; wood that we supply and we installed, such as: tejabanes, pergaloas and beams in ceilings with rustic finish.

The big fraud of Mr. Michel and David Gaucher is to earn the confidence from their suppliers in order to finance them so they do not have to pay financings to third parties or banks and be able to finish their development. To the fraud you can also add the ill-treatment and the lack of seriousness of Taheima and their owners.
 
We have been victims of this shameless people, they even had attacked us verbally, speaking badly about us and our country with excuses such as natural disasters or the current violence in Mexico, it’s a fact that in this country we do not make firearms unlike Canada, which is also one of the principal consumers who import drugs from other countries. 

These gentlemen are cynics who still give us appointments and receive us in their offices to make us lose our time and money, having possession of our original documents and refusing to deal promissory notes, answering us in an aggressive way that we should sue them to see if in 2 more years they pay us. Their cynicism is such, that they want to pay us with "Fractional Ownership"; why would a person who lives in the same city buy 2 weeks a year in their hotel when they do not even offer option to holidays or vacations. To sum up, is to sell their product and become a sales mate of a product in which I do not believe and do not trust. Would it be possible that even from the fact that they treat me badly and owe me thousands of dollars now I have to do their job?

That’s a Lie, if you buy in Taheima you have to pay for the weeks you use, an annual quota, a reserve fund, and if you want to use the membership of golf a few dollars more.

In the last approximation that we had with Mr. Michel Gaucher he attacked us verbally and said to us that he would not pay, that we should do it by legal means as many other vendors. They know that the legal system in our country is very bureaucratic and slow for which we decide that instead of losing more of our time, or losing more money in attorneys and keep investing in these thieves, we dedicate this web site in order to make you think before you become another victim.
